Ryan Styla discovered his passion for the game working full-time at a golf course while attending Arizona State University. After playing baseball his whole life, golf became a passion that allowed Ryan to remain competitive, build camaraderie with friends and colleagues, meet people, and travel to amazing places which happens organically through this wonderful game. After graduating from Arizona State, Ryan had a 15-year career in finance that allowed him to travel the world, build and manage teams of up to 150 people, and lead projects that allowed him to grow both personally and professionally.

Ryan always knew that portion of his life wasn’t the end goal, and that he would work his way back to the game of golf. Ryan joined BackSwing Golf Events as the Director of Promotional Product Sales, working with event coordinators to find unique player gifts to help take their events to the next level and put more money back into the charities we help support. It was a natural fit for Ryan, as he thrives working with our clients and is highly knowledgeable about the game and the most innovative products it offers.

Aside from golf, Ryan loves spending time with his wife and twin toddlers. One of Ryan’s proudest accomplishments is being named Big Brothers Big Sisters Arizona Site Based “Big of the Year” in 2019.
